  • Note: On February 15, 2018, the Bavarian State Library announced that their sheet [Bayerische Staatsbibliothek (URN: urn:nbn:de:bvb:12-bsb00013398-6, shelfmark: 2 Inc.c.a. 1820 a Kt.2)] is a forgery (Press release English | German, accessed February 16, 2018).
  • The sheet (43 x 30 cm) is a woodcut designed to a globe with about 12 cm diameter. The map is done in twelve segments (3 x 18 cm each). China extends over three segments, the southern part is inscribes ‚Mangi‘.
